Wee Bee Melts ship throughout the UK, for all other countries please contact us before placing your order otherwise your order will automatically be cancelled & refunded. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, sent via Royal Mail unless DPD is selected at check out.

  • If you have selected 1st class delivery then you will typically receive you order the next working day from receiving your dispatch email.

  • If you have selected 2nd class, you will typically receive your order in 2 working days from receiving your dispatch email.

  • If you have selected DPD at check out you will receive tracking information from DPD directly & typically will receive your order the next day from receiving your dispatch email.

 Easy Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Orders: We try our very best to package your orders so that they arrive with you in perfect condition. Sadly though we know that sometimes damage can occur in the process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to you - please don’t worry, we will sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible. All you need to do is contact us within 14 days along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.

Exchanges: Please note we do not offer refunds on items that are not deemed faulty. You may get an exchange if you are not happy with your purchase, however if your exchange involves posting the original item ( in perfect, resell-able condition) the cost of postage is your responsibility, We recommend sending these to us using a recorded service.
