We have created our sleep clouds using lavender & jasmine as these two scents have a bunch of benefits. Lavender calms anxiety by controlling the part of the brain that is in charge of emotion while jasmine promotes of a sense of well-being by calming the nervous system. These two scents combined are perfect for unwinding, relaxing & reconnecting with your mind.
